In commemoration of our 60th anniversary, the farmer hosts a year long celebration full of family fun events. Home to the famous Smilin’ Barn, make The Elegant Farmer a family tradition for apple picking and hayrides and train rides or join the fun for our Family Movie Classics on the Big Screen, Do-Si-Do Family Square Dancing Hoedown, Old Fashioned Farm Fair , Holiday Market or enter one of our recipe contests and win the best of show. For those with a green thumb, the farmer offers it Garden Center open on Earth Day, April 22 through the growing season or bring the gals for a lunch at the Lady Farmer’s Garden Café in May.
