Please read the following shipping information. This details our order fulfillment process.

Pie Shipments

Orders are processed next business day at 5:00AM CST. Ground shipping is shipped within 10 business days, excluding holidays. Read through the notes below. If you are unsure if your order will be there before a holiday or specific date, please contact us at info@elegantfarmer.com.

Pie shipments cannot currently ship on user specified dates such as, “Please arrive on Friday June 1st!”.

For example: a pie ordered with ground shipping on Sunday, shipping to California, will be shipped out Monday morning. The tracking number will be provided that Monday evening.

Example 2: a pie ordered with ground shipping Tuesday through Sunday, shipping to California, will be shipped out the following Monday morning. The tracking number will be provided that Monday evening.

General Shipping Information

Our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx and you view shipping charges and options at time of check-out. Once an order has shipped in cannot be cancelled.

We have the right to update package and package contents that are of greater or equal value.

Please be aware that Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not constitute as actual shipping days or days in transit.

Neither FedEx, UPS or The Elegant Farmer is responsible for a package once it is delivered. When a package is delivered it is officially released and neither the shipping company or The Elegant Farmer can control what happens to it after delivery therefore cannot be held responsible.

We ship all of our orders signature release. This means that your order does not need a signature to be accepted. Since our products are perishable we recommend that you have someone at your destination to receive the package to avoid any issues.

Please be advised that we do not ship P.O. Boxes. Please be aware that arrival time varies depending on the UPS or FedEx route. Sorry, we cannot ship to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military (A.P.O. & F.P.O.), international, or Canadian shipments at this time.

The Elegant Farmer reserves the right to alter or change the prices of any product at any time and offer promotions or discounts at any similar time. The Elegant Farmer uses Authorize.net as the payment processor.

Refund Policy

The Elegant Farmer wants you to be 100% satisfied and we do our best to make sure your order arrives in good condition. If your order has not arrived in good condition please contact us by e-mail at info@elegantfarmer.com (please include your order number) then we will be in contact with you to resolve your problem.
