In celebration of serving our community for more than 75 years, The Elegant Farmer is proud to support your organization by offering our award-winning pies and signature foods for your next fundraiser. The discount offered to your organization on our homemade foods allows your organization to re-sell the items earning $7 for each item sold.

How Does the FUNdraising Program Work?
It’s simple, profitable and fun! Follow these six steps for FUNdraising success.
Read the Frequently Asked Questions below.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your non-profit organization’s name and proposed selling dates.
Once we email you back with approval, visit the Forms tab below to print out our product sell sheet and two-sided product promotional flyer. Make copies and give one sell sheet and one promotional flyer to each seller.
Have fun selling The Elegant Farmer’s delicious foods to your supporters.
Collect all the sell sheets and add up a total number for each item. Visit the Forms tab below and click on the Simply the Best order form to enter the total number of each item desired for your group. Once you submit the form your order is sent to The Elegant Farmer staff who will create your order. Please submit your order at least 10 days in advance of your desired pick-up date.
Checks collected from your supporters should be made out to YOUR organization not to the Elegant Farmer. Payment in full is required when the order is picked up between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on desired date. Please have one check for payment made out to the Elegant Farmer for total sales minus the organization’s profits.
Simply The Best FUNdraising
Your group can earn money for each sale of the following delicious, award-winning products. You sell the Apple Pie, Caramel Apple, Cherry Crisp and Ham for $26.00 and the Pumpkin Pie and Fruit Breads for $23. Your organization pays The Elegant Farmer $19 for the Apple Pie, Caramel Apple, Cherry Crisp and Ham and $16 for the Fruit Bread and Pumpkin Pie. Thus, your organization makes $7 per item sold to your supporters.

To make it even easier, The Elegant Farmer provides your organization with a sell sheet and promotional flyer highlighting our delicious products. Visit our Frequently Asked Questions tab where you will find more information.
Our FUNdraising program is available to charitable and non-profit organizations that are registered with the IRS under a 501 C3 status such as churches, youth groups or schools.
There is no limit to the amount you can sell but you must sell at least $500 of product to qualify for these discount product rates. Our Simply the Best items offer a profit of $7 per selection sold to your organization.
The Elegant Farmer requests payment in full in the form of check, credit card or money order at the time of pick-up.
The Elegant Farmer offers free delivery within the Greater Milwaukee area for orders over $1,000. To arrange for delivery of orders please email email@example.com. Please remember we need 10 days to process and prepare your order. Please also note we do not deliver the week of Thanksgiving or the week of Christmas.
To pick up your organization’s order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to pre-arrange a pick up day at The Elegant Farmer, Highways ES & J, Mukwonago, WI. Please remember we need 10 days to process and prepare your order. Pick up time is between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
If you have a late sell sheet turned in to you or need to add to your order for any reason, you may as long as it is 10 days prior to your order pick up or delivery date. After that, we can not accept any changes or additions to your order. To add to your order, simply email email@example.com 10 days prior to pick up. State the name of your organization and the additional items needed. We will confirm receipt of your email and let you know if we can add the additional items requested.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know you are interested in enrolling in our FUNdraising program and provide us with your organization’s name and 501 C3 number. We will then send you a confirmation email with the password for the FUNdraising forms. You can then download the sell sheet and two-sided promotional flyer to get started.

Who do I sell to?
Everyone!!! Make a list of the friends, neighbors, aunts, uncles, grandparents and other relatives or people to whom you would like to offer these delicious foods. If appropriate, parents can take the sell sheet to work or meetings.
Why should they buy?
Outside of supporting your good cause, The Elegant Farmer offers premium, high quality foods you can be proud to sell. Our items are made locally by hand with delicious, all-natural ingredients.
What should the sellers know?
People want to know what they are supporting. A stated purpose for the funds such as new band uniforms or a particular trip is helpful in the selling process.
How long should we try to sell?
It is our experience that a 2-3 week period to sell the products is enough time to be effective. Set and share a deadline date so everyone knows when to bring the forms back. The Elegant Farmer needs 10 days to prepare your order before delivery or pick-up.
Click on the Simply the Best sell sheet. Personalize the sell sheet with your organization’s name on the top and product delivery date. Print out in color. Copy in color (sells better in color) and give one to each seller.
Click on the Elegant Farmer Product Information promotional sheet. Print out both sides in color. Copy this two-sided document and give one to each seller to present with the sell sheet.
Collect all your sell sheets and return to this page to place your group’s overall order online with the Simply the Best order form. You will need a total number for each item.
