How Does the FUNdraising Program Work?

It’s simple, profitable and fun! Follow these six steps for FUNdraising success.

  • Step 1: Read FAQs and Tips below.
  • Step 2: Fill out our Fundraiser Questionnaire with your organization’s information.
  • Step 3: We’ll email you with approval on your requested dates and give you access to our printable FUNdraiser flyer and forms.
  • Step 4: Sell our delicious products to your family, friends, and neighbors!
  • Step 5: Collect all the sales forms and tally the total number of each item needed for your organization. Submit your grand total through our online order form. Orders must be submitted 10 days before pickup or delivery.
  • Step 6: Checks collected from your supporters should be made payable directly to your organization. Subtract your organization’s profit from the total sales and make one payment to The Elegant Farmer. Full payment for your order is required at the time of pickup or delivery. See FAQs for payment options.

FUNdraising Items

Earn money for each sale of the following products!

You sell the pies and ham for $26 each, and the fruit breads for $23 each.
Your organization then pays the Elegant Farmer $19 for each pie and ham, $16 for the fruit breads, earning $7 per item.

Our FUNdraising program is available to charitable and non-profit organizations that are registered with the IRS under a 501 (c)(3) status such as churches, youth groups or schools.

Your organization earns $7 for each item sold.

Your organization must sell $500 of product to qualify for the fundraiser rates.

The fundraiser orders come bulk-packed and need to be sorted by the individual order.

All the pies and fruit breads are fully baked and sold frozen. The CIDERBAKED Ham is a refrigerated item.

Our fundraiser products contain wheat, milk and eggs. Our facility also produces and/or sells products that contain soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and shellfish.

Full payment for your order is required at the time of pickup or delivery.

  • Checks: Have one check from your organization payable to The Elegant Farmer ready at the time of pickup or delivery. Please do not mail checks.
  • Credit Card:
    • Pickups: Pay at pickup or prepay
    • Deliveries: Prepay only
  • Pre-payments are required a minimum of 3 business days ahead of pick up or delivery. To pre-pay for your order, call 262-363-6771 and ask for our fundraising department.

Pickups are available at our market daily between 9am-5pm. Orders must be submitted 10 days before your planned pickup date. Pick up location: 1545 Main St. Mukwonago, WI 53149.

The Elegant Farmer offers free delivery within the Greater Milwaukee area for orders over $1,000. Delivery availability is subject to our routine delivery schedule. Contact us at fundraiser@elegantfarmer.com for available dates in your area. Orders must be submitted 10 days before your confirmed delivery date. Note: No deliveries are available during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas

Changes to your order may be requested 10 days prior to your pickup or delivery date. After this we are unable to accept any changes or additions. To add to your order, please email fundraiser@elegantfarmer.com 10 days prior to pickup with your organization name and the changes/additions needed. We will confirm any updates with you.

Start selling!

Let your family and friends know how they can support your fundraising goals! It’s helpful to state the purpose of your fundraiser, for example: new band uniforms or a senior trip.

Recommended selling period

We recommend a selling period of 2-3 weeks. Set a deadline so everyone know when to return their sales forms. Allow 2-3 days to total your orders in between sales deadline and submission to The Elegant Farmer. The Elegant Farmer needs 10 days to prepare your order before pickup or delivery.

Pickup Info

Check in at our bakery counter upon arrival. An employee will help you with your order and send you to the designated pickup area after payment is settled. We suggest allowing yourself 1 hour to check and load your order. Have your invoice ready when you arrive in the loading area.

Delivery Info

Deliveries are based on a 2 hour window requested when you submit your final order. Please have an onsite delivery contact available for the duration of the requested delivery window. We suggest having a team of volunteers ready to help unload and sort your order at delivery.
